Customer Service Supervisor
We are looking for an upbeat and responsible individual to oversee a team of customer service agents; providing service via phone, email, and chat. The focus will be retaining customers, assisting clients, meeting deadlines, and motivating the members of your team. Creating, handling, and updating reports is a must.
We are offering good pay and a great schedule (Monday – Friday 8am-5pm) During high seasons, overtime may be mandatory.
Native level fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to write and create emails in English with excellent grammar.
Dedication to customer service and human relations.
Strong sales, follow up, and retention skills.
Must be proactive.
Ability to work in a team, be led, and lead by example.
Strong conflict management between employees, and emotional control.
Able to work under pressure.
High level of customer interaction, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Dominates the use of computers and the use of the internet.
Ability to learn new software’s quickly.
Salary between 25,000-30,000
