Customer Service Agent
We are looking for an upbeat and responsible customer service agent, who will be dedicated to helping our customers electronically via email and chat, and over the phone. We are offering good pay and a great schedule (Monday – Friday 8am-5pm) During high seasons, overtime may be mandatory.
Native level fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to write and create emails in English with excellent grammar.
Dedication to customer service and human relations.
Strong sales, follow up and retention skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Able to work under pressure.
High level of customer interaction, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Dominates the use of computers and the use of the internet.
Salary between 20,000-23,000
